REFUND POLICY

A first-time desktop license purchase may be reviewed when requested within 14 days and paid usage does not exceed 10 hours.

A renewal may be reviewed when requested within 7 days of the renewal charge and the renewed service has not been materially used.

Unused purchased credits may be reviewed within 14 days. Credits that have been consumed, granted promotionally, or included with another product are not refundable.

Submit the purchase email, order or invoice reference, purchase date, and reason through the Help Center. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
