How long is the ARTMOXY trial?
Trial availability and length can vary by release period, promotion, and account status. When a trial is offered, its expiration and current access appear in your ARTMOXY account and subscription details.
How many computers can I use with my subscription?
Your subscription includes the online workspace plus desktop access. Solo includes 2 desktop activations, Studio includes 5, Pro includes 10, and Teams includes 20. Review connected computers from the Licenses area of your account.
Can I share my ARTMOXY subscription?
A subscription is assigned to the person, studio, or team that purchased it. Desktop activations cannot be resold, rented, pooled, or shared to bypass the plan limit. Choose a plan with enough activations for the people and computers in your workflow.
Can I upgrade my subscription or add desktop AI Creative Studio later?
Yes. Your core online workspace stays familiar when you change plans. Upgrade when you need Batch Studio, more desktop activations, desktop AI production, or team controls. Solo and Studio can add desktop AI Creative Studio separately; Pro and Teams already include it.
Is ARTMOXY a subscription, and what happens if I cancel renewal?
Yes. ARTMOXY is an annual subscription that keeps your online workspace, MoxyAI credits, publishing tools, support, updates, and included desktop access connected. Canceling stops the next renewal; paid features remain available through the end of the current term.
How do ARTMOXY discount codes work?
Enter a discount code in an eligible subscription or MoxyAI credit-package checkout and choose Apply before paying. The checkout shows the original subtotal, savings, and updated total. A discount changes only the amount charged; it does not change the selected plan, desktop activations, subscription features, or the credits included in a purchased package. Codes are rechecked when checkout starts and may have dates, product, customer, currency, minimum-purchase, or usage restrictions.
Where should I download ARTMOXY?
Download ARTMOXY only from artmoxy.com or the Downloads area of your ARTMOXY account. Avoid third-party download sites and file-sharing links so you receive the current installer and published checksum information.
Why does Windows show an unknown publisher or SmartScreen warning?
The current Windows release may show an unknown publisher or Microsoft SmartScreen warning while code-signing reputation is being established. Confirm that the installer came from artmoxy.com before choosing the Windows option to continue.
Is ARTMOXY available for macOS?
Unsigned Apple Silicon and Intel macOS alpha packages are available from the Downloads page for limited testing on macOS 12 Monterey or newer, including macOS 15 Sequoia. Choose the package that matches your processor, then review the checksum and one-time local preparation instructions; the Windows release remains the primary supported build.
What should I include when an installation or update fails?
Send a support request with your operating system, ARTMOXY or installer version, the failed step, the exact message, and a screenshot. Include any SmartScreen, Gatekeeper, antivirus, permission, or disk-space warning that appeared.
What can I create with ARTMOXY now?
Every subscription can organize artwork in Library, create MoxyFrame presentations, generate guided Creative and MoxyAI visuals, build Campaigns, and publish work through Artist Studio and Public View. The included desktop companion adds focused exports, while Studio, Pro, and Teams add Batch Studio for collection-scale production.
How do I start my first ARTMOXY project?
Start in the online Library by adding an artwork, then open it in MoxyFrame to create a framed, paper, or wrapped-canvas presentation. Continue into Creative or Campaigns when you need launch visuals, and publish selected work through Artist Studio or Public View. Use the included desktop companion for dedicated export work and eligible batch production.
What is MoxyFrame, and how do I open artwork in it?
MoxyFrame is the online framing and presentation workspace included with every ARTMOXY subscription. Open an artwork from Library with its Frame action, or open MoxyFrame and choose from the paginated Library browser. MoxyFrame loads the selected owner artwork, lets you change presentation, frame, mat, surface, wall, lighting, shadow, reflection, sizing, and export settings, and keeps the source artwork separate from the presentation you create.
What presentation modes are available?
MoxyFrame includes Framed Artwork, Hanging Poster, Wrapped Canvas, and Flat Paper presentations. Framed Artwork supports frames, mats, glazing, physical sizing, textures, and lighting. Hanging Poster combines paper, optional borders, cords, clips, wall distance, and projected shadows. Wrapped Canvas adds gallery depth and edge treatments, while Flat Paper creates an unframed print presentation.
How do MoxyFrame lighting and shadows work?
MoxyFrame evaluates the active lights, material, presentation depth, wall distance, softness, spread, and direction to build object and wall shadows automatically. The same normalized scene settings drive the workspace preview and high-resolution export so the saved result stays aligned with the composition you approved.
What is the Hanging Poster presentation in MoxyFrame?
Hanging Poster treats the paper, optional border, cords, and clips as one physical presentation. Wall distance and light position control the projected sheet and hardware shadows, including a calibrated poster-reference look, while preview and export share the same shadow geometry.
What is a MoxyFrame profile, and does it sync between devices?
A MoxyFrame profile saves a reusable setup such as presentation mode, frame, mat, sizing, textures, wall, lighting, shadows, and reflections. Apply it to related artwork to keep a collection visually consistent, then review each piece for crop or aspect-ratio differences. Saved profiles synchronize through your ARTMOXY account and are available when you sign in from another supported browser or device. Existing browser profiles are imported automatically the first time profile sync becomes available.
Can I save a MoxyFrame presentation to Library and download it?
Yes. MoxyFrame Save can download PNG or JPG outputs, save selected sizes back to your authenticated Library, or do both. Choose Full Size or supported social crops, confirm the metadata and format, and select the destinations you need. Saving to Library creates a reusable presentation asset while preserving the original source artwork as its own owner file.
What is Batch Studio?
Batch Studio applies saved presentation settings across multiple artworks. You can review each row, choose formats and resolutions, run selected or full batches, retry failed rows, and save organized files using your naming and output-folder rules.
Which export formats and resolutions can I use?
MoxyFrame exports PNG for lossless detail or transparency and JPG for smaller flattened storefront and sharing files. Save supports Full Size and standard social crops, with individual files or a ZIP when multiple sizes are selected. The desktop companion provides dedicated export work, and Batch Studio can apply reusable output settings across a collection.
What is the difference between Creative Feed and Library?
Creative Feed is the activity view for generated runs, including queued, rendering, completed, canceled, and failed work. Library is the curated set of uploaded artwork and generated images you have chosen to keep and reuse. Add a completed Feed image to Library before using it as a MoxyFrame source, Campaign artwork, Creative reference, or Artist Studio item. Removing an image from Library also removes it from Studio publication without changing unrelated source files.
How does one artwork move through the ARTMOXY workspaces?
Keep the owner artwork in Library, open it in MoxyFrame for presentation images, use it as the primary source or a reference in Creative, and select it for a Campaign pack. Publish only approved Library images to Artist Studio, then use Public View or shareable artwork links to review the visitor experience. Each workspace reuses the selected asset without changing the purchased plan, original source, or other saved outputs.
What is the difference between web MoxyAI and desktop AI Creative Studio?
Web MoxyAI uses ARTMOXY credits for guided generation, prompt direction, references, saved history, and campaign workflows. Desktop AI Creative Studio works from your local mockup context and uses your own locally stored OpenAI API key for lifestyle, editorial, detail, and campaign image workflows.
How does the Creative workspace use MoxyAI?
Open Creative and choose a primary source from Library, upload a file, or use the camera when the browser and device allow it. Describe the intended result, optionally request direction ideas, attach useful references, and choose the available generation controls. Requests enter the MoxyAI queue and show live status in Creative Feed. Add approved completed images to Library when you want to reuse them in MoxyFrame, Campaigns, or Artist Studio.
How do MoxyAI credits, cancellation, and retries work?
Web MoxyAI and credit-backed Campaign actions reserve the displayed credit amount before work begins. Canceling an eligible queued run returns its credits, and failed or no-image runs can be retried from the Feed without another credit charge when the retry action is available.
What can I build in Campaigns?
Campaigns turns selected artwork into a coordinated launch pack. You can rename the artwork for the campaign, choose an ad style and visual direction, provide up to three exact text lines, generate campaign copy, edit text layers, and create selected ad formats with MoxyAI credits.
Are AI generation costs included?
Web MoxyAI generation and Campaign credit-backed actions use ARTMOXY account credits. Desktop AI Creative Studio uses your own OpenAI platform account, so that OpenAI usage is billed separately under the limits and pricing of your OpenAI account.
Where is my OpenAI API key stored?
When desktop AI Creative Studio asks for an OpenAI API key, ARTMOXY stores it locally on that computer. The key is not saved in the ARTMOXY website database or exposed on your public Artist Studio page.
Can ARTMOXY guarantee AI results?
No. Review every AI output before publishing, selling, or sending it to a client. You are responsible for checking accuracy, artwork representation, rights, likenesses, trademarks, marketplace rules, and whether the result is appropriate for its intended use.
How do public and private Artist Studio pages work?
A public Artist Studio can show the profile, published artwork, collector contact options, and shareable artwork links. A private Studio hides its artwork from outside visitors unless the owner is signed in or the visitor has a valid invite or approved access.
What is the difference between Artist Studio and Public View?
Artist Studio is the owner workspace where you choose Library artwork, set visibility, select a featured image, edit profile details, manage invite settings, and review visitor requests. Public View is the visitor-facing Studio page and artwork experience. Use Public View before sharing to confirm that only intended images and profile information are visible at desktop and mobile sizes.
How do private Artist Studio invite links work?
The Studio owner creates a time-limited invite, chooses its expiration, and shares it with the intended collector, gallery, client, or patron. Replace or revoke access when the audience or viewing window changes.
What happens when someone requests Studio access or collector contact?
A private visitor can submit a name and email to request access. A public Studio can use the same flow for collector interest when enabled. The owner reviews these requests in the Studio lead view and follows up outside ARTMOXY.
Does a public Artist Studio expose my original source files?
Public Studio pages use controlled display URLs and optimized previews rather than exposing the original owner source as the default public asset. This separates public viewing from owner files and reduces casual downloading, but no browser-displayed image can be guaranteed completely scrape-proof.
How do artwork votes work?
Published artwork can receive one up vote or down vote per visitor session. The Studio owner can review totals in the artwork library and use them as lightweight audience feedback rather than as verified sales or collector intent.
What is the source image upload limit?
The current source-image workflow supports files up to 24 MB, subject to the active limit shown by the website. Use a clean JPG, PNG, or WebP source and keep the highest-quality original you need for owner and export workflows.
Why does ARTMOXY create WebP and other optimized previews?
Optimized previews and thumbnails make the public website, Artist Studio, and MoxyAI library load faster while keeping large owner sources out of the normal display path. ARTMOXY can also serve responsive image sizes so smaller screens do not download an unnecessarily large asset.
How do I get help or report a problem?
Use the Help Center forms for workspace help, subscription or desktop-access questions, installation issues, bugs, feature requests, frame requests, AI questions, and feedback. Include your version, workflow, expected result, actual result, and screenshots so the request can be reproduced and tracked.
