Yes. ARTMOXY is an annual subscription built around one connected online workspace for MoxyFrame, Library, Creative, Workflows, Ad Materials, Artist Studio, Public View, and MoxyAI credits. Desktop access is included as a production companion rather than sold as the primary product.
What happens if I cancel renewal?
Canceling stops the next annual renewal. Your online workspace, credits, updates, support, and included desktop entitlement remain available through the end of the current paid term.
Can I upgrade or add desktop AI Creative Studio later?
Yes. Upgrade when you need more desktop activations or features, or add desktop AI Creative Studio to an active Solo or Studio subscription. Pro and Teams already include it.
How many desktop activations are included?
Solo includes 2 activations, Studio 5, Pro 10, and Teams 20.

Which plans include Batch Studio?
Online MoxyFrame batch export is included with every subscription. Studio, Pro, and Teams also include Desktop Batch Studio for local collection production. The online batch exporter accepts up to 75 local artworks and downloads finished outputs in ZIP parts.
How are web MoxyAI credits different from OpenAI usage?
Web MoxyAI and credit-backed Ad Materials actions use ARTMOXY account credits. Desktop AI Creative Studio uses your locally stored OpenAI API key, and OpenAI bills that usage separately through your OpenAI account.
Do my included MoxyAI credits renew?
Yes. Each paid annual renewal adds the credit amount included with your current plan. Online MoxyAI stops when your available balance is exhausted, so there are no automatic usage overages; add a prepaid credit pack only when you choose.
Can I use exported images commercially?
Yes, you can use ARTMOXY exports for your own artwork, product listings, launches, advertising, social content, and client or gallery presentations, subject to the rights in your source material and any third-party service terms.
