ARTMOXY is licensed, not sold. Licenses may not be sold, transferred, rented, sublicensed, shared, pooled, or used to avoid activation, account, trial, or renewal limits.

As between you and ARTMOXY, your work remains yours. You retain the rights you already hold in submitted content and, to the extent permitted by law, own output created for you through ARTMOXY. ARTMOXY claims no ownership merely because you used the service. This does not grant rights in material belonging to others, and unauthorized use may violate third-party rights whether or not it is obvious, intentional, or detected by ARTMOXY.

MoxyAI output may not be unique or qualify for copyright or other exclusive protection in every jurisdiction. By using MoxyAI, you agree to honor the then-current terms, usage policies, image-generation policies, and other applicable requirements of OpenAI and any other identified provider.
