Artwork Passports

Follow these steps

Open a published artwork in Studio and choose Artwork Passport from its action menu. Record the artwork details and optional artist notes or license terms. If needed, require the collector to accept those exact terms when claiming the certificate; displaying terms alone does not establish agreement.

Set up an original artwork or an edition, then review the facts. Issue saves your current artwork details first. If an email verification code is required, completing it continues the requested action.

Issued edition facts and license terms stay in the certificate snapshot; later edits do not rewrite existing records or agreements. View the issued certificate to download a PDF or print its QR presentation. Public verification shows the artwork reference, artist attribution, details, current status, and anonymous history.

The current holder can invite the next collector after a resale; payment and delivery happen separately, and the recorded holder changes only after acceptance. Returning collectors can request a private email access link from the collector portal. Delete an unused draft, or retire and later restore a Passport that has issued certificates.

Retirement preserves existing certificates and QR links. Revocation and replacement remain visible in history. The admin issuance switch controls new Passports and certificates while existing public verification and collector access remain available.
