How long is the ARTMOXY trial?

The public ARTMOXY trial lasts seven days, requires no payment method, and includes 100 MoxyAI credits. Account eligibility applies. Check your account for the actual expiration and remaining credits; paid subscription terms and credit grants are shown before checkout.

How many computers can I use with my subscription?

Your subscription includes the online workspace plus desktop access. Solo includes 2 desktop activations, Studio includes 5, Pro includes 10, and Teams includes 20. Review connected computers from the Licenses area of your account.

Can I share my ARTMOXY subscription?

A subscription is assigned to the person, studio, or team that purchased it. Desktop activations cannot be resold, rented, pooled, or shared to bypass the plan limit. Choose a plan with enough activations for the people and computers in your workflow.

Can I upgrade my subscription or add desktop AI Creative Studio later?

Yes. Upgrade when you need Desktop Batch Studio, more desktop activations, desktop AI production, or team controls. Online MoxyFrame batch export is included with every subscription. Solo and Studio can add desktop AI Creative Studio separately; Pro and Teams already include it.

Is ARTMOXY a subscription, and what happens if I cancel renewal?

Yes. ARTMOXY is an annual subscription that keeps your online workspace, MoxyAI credits, publishing tools, support, updates, and included desktop access connected. Canceling stops the next renewal; paid features remain available through the end of the current term.

How do ARTMOXY discount codes work?

Enter a discount code in an eligible subscription or MoxyAI credit-package checkout and choose Apply before paying. The checkout shows the original subtotal, savings, and updated total. A discount changes only the amount charged; it does not change the selected plan, desktop activations, subscription features, or the credits included in a purchased package. Codes are rechecked when checkout starts and may have dates, product, customer, currency, minimum-purchase, or usage restrictions.

Where should I download ARTMOXY?

Download ARTMOXY only from artmoxy.com or the Downloads area of your ARTMOXY account. Avoid third-party download sites and file-sharing links so you receive the current installer and published checksum information.

Why does Windows show an unknown publisher or SmartScreen warning?

The current Windows release may show an unknown publisher or Microsoft SmartScreen warning while code-signing reputation is being established. Confirm that the installer came from artmoxy.com before choosing the Windows option to continue.

Is ARTMOXY available for macOS?

An unsigned Intel macOS alpha package is available from the Downloads page for limited testing on 64-bit Intel Macs running macOS 12 Monterey or newer, including macOS 15 Sequoia. Apple silicon Macs are not supported. Review the checksum and one-time local preparation instructions before installing it; the Windows release remains the primary supported build.

What should I include when an installation or update fails?

Send a support request with your operating system, ARTMOXY or installer version, the failed step, the exact message, and a screenshot. Include any SmartScreen, Gatekeeper, antivirus, permission, or disk-space warning that appeared.

What can I create with ARTMOXY now?

Every subscription starts in the online Library and includes the complete workspace: MoxyFrame with single and batch export, Creative and MoxyAI, visual Workflows, Ad Materials, Artist Studio, and Public View. The included desktop app is a secondary companion for specialized local production, while Studio, Pro, and Teams add Desktop Batch Studio.

How do I start my first ARTMOXY project?

Create your account and start online by adding artwork to Library. Open it in MoxyFrame, continue into Creative, or use a visual Workflow to connect it to Ad Materials and publishing. Publish selected work through Artist Studio or Public View. Add the included desktop companion later when you need custom frames, focused local exports, or eligible desktop production tools.

What is MoxyFrame, and how do I open artwork in it?

MoxyFrame is the online framing and presentation workspace included with every ARTMOXY subscription. Open an artwork from Library with its Frame action, or open MoxyFrame and choose from the paginated Library browser. MoxyFrame loads the selected owner artwork, lets you change presentation, frame, mat, surface, wall, lighting, shadow, reflection, sizing, and export settings, and keeps the source artwork separate from the presentation you create.

What presentation modes are available?

MoxyFrame includes Framed Artwork, Hanging Poster, Wrapped Canvas, and Flat Paper presentations. Framed Artwork supports frames, mats, glazing, physical sizing, textures, and lighting. Hanging Poster combines paper, optional borders, cords, clips, wall distance, and projected shadows. Wrapped Canvas adds gallery depth and edge treatments, while Flat Paper creates an unframed print presentation.

How do MoxyFrame lighting and shadows work?

MoxyFrame evaluates the active lights, material, presentation depth, wall distance, softness, spread, and direction to build object and wall shadows automatically. The same normalized scene settings drive the workspace preview and high-resolution export so the saved result stays aligned with the composition you approved.

What is the Hanging Poster presentation in MoxyFrame?

Hanging Poster treats the paper, optional border, cords, and clips as one physical presentation. Wall distance and light position control the projected sheet and hardware shadows, including a calibrated poster-reference look, while preview and export share the same shadow geometry.

What is a MoxyFrame profile, and does it sync between devices?

A MoxyFrame profile saves a reusable setup such as presentation mode, frame, mat, sizing, textures, wall, lighting, shadows, and reflections. Apply it to related artwork to keep a collection visually consistent, then review each piece for crop or aspect-ratio differences. Saved profiles synchronize through your ARTMOXY account and are available when you sign in from another supported browser or device. Existing browser profiles are imported automatically the first time profile sync becomes available. The Master profile control stays above the Artwork, Frame, Wall, and Export tabs. Frame tone adjustments are remembered for each frame, including when that frame is used in batch export.

Can I save a MoxyFrame presentation to Library and download it?

Yes. MoxyFrame Save can download PNG or JPG outputs, save selected sizes back to your authenticated Library, or do both. Choose Full Size or supported social crops, confirm the metadata and format, and select the destinations you need. Saving to Library creates a reusable presentation asset while preserving the original source artwork as its own owner file.

What is Batch Studio?

MoxyFrame Batch Export can load up to 75 local artworks directly, so they do not need to be uploaded to Library first. Choose Framed Artwork, Hanging Poster, Flat Paper, or Wrapped Canvas per row; duplicate rows for alternate treatments; and assign frames, mats, output sizes, formats, and an optional reusable transparent-PNG watermark. ARTMOXY packages finished files into ZIP parts of up to 25 images with frame, mat, and presentation details in the names.

Which export formats and resolutions can I use?

MoxyFrame exports PNG for lossless detail or transparency and JPG for smaller flattened storefront and sharing files. Save supports Full Size and standard social crops, with individual files or a ZIP when multiple sizes are selected. The desktop companion provides dedicated export work, and Batch Studio can apply reusable output settings across a collection.

What is the difference between Creative Feed and Library?

Creative Feed is the activity view for generated runs, including queued, rendering, completed, canceled, and failed work. Library is the curated set of uploaded artwork and generated images you have chosen to keep and reuse. Add a completed Feed image to Library before using it as a MoxyFrame source, Ad Materials artwork, Creative reference, or Artist Studio item. Removing an image from Library also removes it from Studio publication without changing unrelated source files.

How does one artwork move through the ARTMOXY workspaces?

Keep the owner artwork in Library, open it in MoxyFrame for presentation images, use it as the primary source or a reference in Creative, and connect it to Ad Materials through a visual Workflow. Publish only approved Library images to Artist Studio, then use Public View or shareable artwork links to review the visitor experience. Each workspace reuses the selected asset without changing the purchased plan, original source, or other saved outputs.

What is the difference between web MoxyAI and desktop AI Creative Studio?

Web MoxyAI uses ARTMOXY credits for guided generation, prompt direction, references, saved history, and campaign workflows. Desktop AI Creative Studio works from your local mockup context and uses your own locally stored OpenAI API key for lifestyle, editorial, detail, and campaign image workflows.

How does the Creative workspace use MoxyAI?

Open Creative and choose a primary source from Library, upload a file, or use the camera when the browser and device allow it. Describe the intended result, optionally request direction ideas, attach useful references, and choose the available generation controls. Requests enter the MoxyAI queue and show live status in Creative Feed. Add approved completed images to Library when you want to reuse them in MoxyFrame, Workflows, Ad Materials, or Artist Studio.

How do MoxyAI credits, cancellation, and retries work?

Web MoxyAI and credit-backed Ad Materials actions reserve the displayed credit amount before work begins. Canceling an eligible queued run returns its credits, and failed or no-image runs can be retried from the Feed without another credit charge when the retry action is available. Once a request completes and returns images, its credits are consumed; unexpected, distorted, unsatisfactory, or otherwise unwanted generated results do not by themselves qualify for a credit return. ARTMOXY continually improves generation and quality-review workflows, but no individual AI result is guaranteed.

What can I build in Ad Materials?

Ad Materials is a visual artboard editor used by Workflows for coordinated launch assets. Start from social, marketing, print, product, or presentation presets; add Library artwork or local media; and edit text, image, group, palette, template, layer, background, guide, crop, skew, and perspective settings. Save revisions, reuse a design across multiple formats, export PNG, JPG, WebP, SVG, or PDF where supported, and use displayed MoxyAI credits only when you choose an AI generation action.

Are AI generation costs included?

Web MoxyAI generation and Ad Materials credit-backed actions use ARTMOXY account credits. Desktop AI Creative Studio uses your own OpenAI platform account, so that OpenAI usage is billed separately under the limits and pricing of your OpenAI account.

Where is my OpenAI API key stored?

When desktop AI Creative Studio asks for an OpenAI API key, ARTMOXY stores it locally on that computer. The key is not saved in the ARTMOXY website database or exposed on your public Artist Studio page.

Can ARTMOXY guarantee AI results?

No. Review every AI output before publishing, selling, or sending it to a client. You are responsible for checking accuracy, artwork representation, rights, likenesses, trademarks, marketplace rules, and whether the result is appropriate for its intended use.

How do public and private Artist Studio pages work?

Gallery access and artwork status are separate controls. A public gallery shows published pieces. Invite-only access requires a valid invite or approved visitor access; a private gallery is restricted to its owner. Draft artwork is owner-only. Unlisted artwork is omitted from the visitor grid but can open through its direct link, subject to the gallery access rules.

What is the difference between Artist Studio and Public View?

Artist Studio is your owner workspace for publishing Library artwork, editing artwork details and variants, and managing the gallery. In the gallery menu, Artist Profile holds identity and the gallery link; Gallery Appearance holds branding and styling; Access & Requests holds visitor access controls. Public View lets you review the collector experience. Back to Workspace is in the menu footer.

How do I customize my gallery branding?

Open Gallery Appearance to choose a theme, background and text colors, header and body fonts, sizes, weights, and italic styling. Changes preview live; save to keep them. Upload an 800 × 200 pixel JPG/JPEG, SVG, WebP, or GIF logo up to 2 MB to replace the header text. A 96 × 96 pixel PNG favicon up to 256 KB changes the browser icon. Maintain readable color contrast and review the gallery on mobile.

Where do I change my gallery link and search description?

Change the gallery link in Artist Profile. New links allow up to 25 lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens, with a letter or number at each end. Availability is checked as you type and confirmed on save. The inline copy button copies the link. In Gallery Appearance, write a unique meta description up to 160 characters or use the ARTMOXY description based on your studio name and About text. Search engines may choose different snippets; these settings do not guarantee ranking or indexing.

How do I edit artwork in my gallery?

Select the pencil button on an artwork card. Details & media lets you edit its title, description, image, SKU, private cost, and publication status. Pricing & auction holds sale settings. Variants & SKUs holds product options and their images. Save artwork applies the changes. A replacement gallery image preserves the original artwork identity and Passport records. Uploaded replacement files remain in Library if you cancel the edit.

Can I sell different sizes or finishes of an artwork?

Add up to 50 variants in the artwork editor, using a descriptive option name such as Canvas / 16 × 20, a unique SKU, a price, an optional private cost, and an image. Each SKU represents one sellable item; this is not quantity-based inventory or automatic restocking. Collectors choose a variant before checkout, and the server uses its saved price. Auctions offer one item and cannot contain variants.

How do private Artist Studio invite links work?

Use the gallery Access & Requests settings to choose invite-only access and create a time-limited invite for the intended collector, gallery, client, or patron. Test it while signed out. Replace or revoke invites when the audience changes. An unlisted artwork link does not bypass gallery access restrictions.

How do gallery prices and auctions work?

Use Pricing & auction to choose the available sale mode. Auctions support a starting bid, optional buy-now price, schedule, duration, time zone, and bidding visibility. Minimum bid increments are calculated automatically; there is no separate reserve-price setting. Published sales require the available commerce features and a connected Stripe account. Active checkouts, completed sales, and started or bid-on auctions lock sale edits. You can prepare valid sale terms in a draft before connecting Stripe.

What do Draft, Published, and Unlisted mean?

Draft keeps a piece owner-only. Published includes it in the visitor gallery when gallery access permits. Unlisted removes it from the visitor grid while allowing its direct artwork link to open under the same gallery access rules. Unlisted is not a private or password-protected status. Existing sales and auctions may prevent changes while the artwork is locked.

What happens when someone requests Studio access or collector contact?

A private visitor can submit a name and email to request access. A public Studio can use the same flow for collector interest when enabled. The owner reviews these requests in the Studio lead view and follows up outside ARTMOXY.

Does a public Artist Studio expose my original source files?

Public Studio pages use controlled display URLs and optimized previews rather than exposing the original owner source as the default public asset. This separates public viewing from owner files and reduces casual downloading, but no browser-displayed image can be guaranteed completely scrape-proof.

How do artwork votes work?

Published artwork can receive one up vote or down vote per visitor session. The Studio owner can review totals in the artwork library and use them as lightweight audience feedback rather than as verified sales or collector intent.

How does Live AR wall placement work?

Use the artwork wall-preview action when available. Live AR requires a supported browser, camera permission, enabled feature access, and eligible saved physical presentation data. Room-photo placement is a visual estimate. AI Pro Photo can enhance that placement using the displayed credits and availability rules, but it may fail quality review. Gallery owners no longer need a separate Wall Placement settings modal; existing saved presentation data and defaults are used. Product variant names do not establish verified physical measurements.

Why does my AI wall preview say rejected or fail to finish?

The AI image may fail quality review if artwork, framing, wall cleanup, or lighting is inaccurate; a provider or processing error can also stop a preview. The current email uses “rejected” for failed attempts, so open the preview for the actual status. A quality rejection is not a rejection of your artwork or its copyright. Failed attempts release reserved credits after reconciliation. One free retry may be available while the source is retained. Automatic correction is not guaranteed. If it repeats, send Support the request ID and exact message.

What is an ARTMOXY Artwork Passport?

An Artwork Passport is an artist-issued authenticity and provenance record for artwork published in the artist’s Studio. Its QR code opens a certificate with the artwork reference, artist attribution, details, current status, and anonymous history. Artists can include optional notes and license terms, and require acceptance of the exact terms before a collector claims the certificate. Collectors can pass the certificate to the next buyer and recover portal access by email. Artists can delete an unused draft or retire an issued Passport while keeping existing certificates and QR links. PDFs and printed copies are dated records; scan the QR code for current status. A Passport is not government copyright registration or an independent guarantee of authorship, and transferring it does not itself transfer copyright.

How do I print and sign an Artwork Passport certificate?

Save a drawn artist signature in Passport settings, or use the script-font signature when no drawing is saved. Drawn signatures are smoothed and replace the script-font signature. The branded certificate PDF and print view use a single landscape certificate page; scan its QR code for current status. QR labels use the Avery 18163 Letter sheet layout with ten 2 × 4 inch labels. Print labels at 100% scale without browser headers or footers and check alignment on plain paper first.

Can I compare a physical artwork with its certificate?

The certificate view lets you choose an image or use the camera overlay where supported. The comparison helps you inspect visible details alongside the recorded artwork. Uploading or photographing a piece does not independently authenticate it, change the certificate owner, or replace the issued artwork record.

What is the source image upload limit?

The general source-image workflow supports files up to 24 MB, subject to the active limit shown. Use JPG, PNG, or WebP. Gallery artwork and variant replacements accept PNG, JPG, or WebP up to 8 MB. Gallery logos require exactly 800 × 200 pixels and JPG/JPEG, SVG, WebP, or GIF up to 2 MB. Favicons require a 96 × 96 pixel PNG up to 256 KB. Each upload control shows its own requirements.

Why does ARTMOXY create WebP and other optimized previews?

Optimized previews and thumbnails make the public website, Artist Studio, and MoxyAI library load faster while keeping large owner sources out of the normal display path. ARTMOXY can also serve responsive image sizes so smaller screens do not download an unnecessarily large asset.

How do I get help or report a problem?

Use the Help Center forms for workspace help, subscription or desktop-access questions, installation issues, bugs, feature requests, frame requests, AI questions, and feedback. Include your version, workflow, expected result, actual result, and screenshots so the request can be reproduced and tracked.

Who owns artwork and output created with ARTMOXY?

ARTMOXY does not claim ownership of your artwork. You keep the rights you already hold in content you submit and, as between you and ARTMOXY, own service-created output to the extent permitted by law. You must have the rights needed for uploaded or referenced material. AI-assisted output may not qualify for copyright protection in every jurisdiction and remains subject to applicable law plus current OpenAI and other provider policies.
