Open Sign in and choose Continue with email if the current device has no usable passkey. Enter your ARTMOXY account email, request a code, and enter the six-digit Email verification code. Choose Verify email. Successful verification signs a regular account in without requiring a browser passkey. Admin accounts also require a passkey or authenticator.
Use Change email or resend code if the address or code needs correction. Once signed in, open Account → Security → Set Up Passkey or Add Another Passkey and complete the device prompt. Test sign-in on the intended browser and device. Use Stay signed in only on a device you trust; never send verification codes to Support.
