Dates use UTC and contact or permission counts describe their current state. Preview-email requests can create contacts and leads; removing a lead keeps the contact and its history.
Confirmed contact activity, newsletter events, shared-link visits, and anonymous daily totals describe different activity. Anonymous totals have no contact attribution, can include consented visitors, and respect opt-outs and browser privacy signals. Do not add anonymous totals to contact activity or treat action counts as unique people or completed purchases. An inquiry or a shared link is not newsletter permission.
