Select the pencil button over an artwork card. In Details & media, edit the title, description, SKU, private cost, and status. Replace the gallery image with a PNG, JPG, or WebP file up to 8 MB.
Replacement affects the gallery presentation while preserving original artwork identity and Passport records. Choose Draft for owner-only work, Published for the visitor grid, or Unlisted for direct-link viewing under the gallery access rules. Save artwork.
If saving fails, your input remains available for correction and retry. Uploaded files remain in Library if you cancel. Active sales or auctions may lock editing.
