Open the owner workspace’s gallery settings, then Gallery Menu → Access & Requests → Newsletter signup. Choose Off, Delayed popup, On scroll, or Smart Behavior Recognition. Delayed popups use 10–300 seconds of visible gallery time; scroll triggers use 25–90% depth on a scrollable gallery or collection. Smart Behavior waits for 30 seconds, two distinct artwork views, and an idle moment.
Optionally select a Library image or upload a signup image, then save settings. Automatic popups respect dismissals, wait for other dialogs and forms, and stay hidden for artists and subscribers. Test as a signed-out visitor in a fresh tab. Visitors can use Privacy → Open newsletter signup even with automatic popups Off. Subscribe requires email confirmation; newsletter permission and activity sharing remain separate choices.
