Open Account → Memberships and review your current plan, status, paid-through date, renewal, and enabled features. Your account uses one current paid membership. Review an available plan change before confirming it; do not buy a duplicate plan to recover a missing feature. A credit balance alone does not enable a tool outside your membership features.
Cancel Renewal stops the next linked renewal while preserving the remaining paid term. Use Account → Billing for available payment-management actions, invoices, and purchase history. If the billing portal cannot open, retry or contact Support rather than starting another purchase. MoxyFrame and other workspace updates arrive through your browser; no installer is required.
