In the owner gallery settings, Access & Requests controls Live wall placement and AI concept previews separately; each depends on platform availability. Open the artwork wall-preview action on a supported device and allow the camera when you choose Live AR.
Private on-device placement and the browser-local room-photo fallback do not consume MoxyAI credits. For a photo, set measured wall points for a scale estimate, or treat free placement as an unmeasured visual estimate. Review dimensions and the crop before downloading or sharing.
AI concept previews upload a visitor-approved room photo for private processing. Eligible signed-in owners can enhance an exact local placement with AI Pro Photo using the displayed credits. Contact information is not required to create a preview; emailing a preview or sending an inquiry is a separate action. These actions do not grant newsletter permission. Product variant names do not establish verified physical measurements.
