Open Passport settings and draw your artist signature or use the script-font signature when no drawing is saved. The signature pad smooths strokes; a saved drawing replaces the script-font name. Open the certificate to review the artwork, artist information, and status, then download its landscape PDF or use print.
The certificate face fits one landscape page. QR labels use Avery 18163 Letter sheets with ten 2 × 4 inch labels. Print at actual size or 100%, disable browser headers and footers, and compare a plain-paper test with the label sheet before printing.
Scan the QR code for current status; a printed certificate is a dated copy. Title corrections appear in the current certificate view while issued record history remains preserved.
