Open Access & Requests in the gallery menu and select invite-only viewing for time-limited visitor access. Create an invite and share it only with the intended viewer. Test the link in a signed-out browser and confirm its expiration.
Replace or revoke access when the audience changes. Private visibility is for owner-only viewing; an unlisted artwork link does not bypass either visibility control.
