Review Draft, Running, Paused and Needs review separately from the Shopify product’s publication state. Open rule and price history for context. A saved draft or recorded price is not proof of a new live write. Use Pause when you need to stop future automatic checks. Saving changes to an active setup pauses it, and restarting requires its own review. Reconnect a shop from Settings when authorization needs attention.
Delete pricing profile removes a product from saved setups, stops its automation, disables public edition-card data and unlinks its group. It retains Shopify products, current prices, inventory and financial history. Restore profile returns the rules and history with automation paused, edition-card data off and no group membership. A running or uncertain price operation can block deletion until reconciled. Deleting a named pricing group removes the group link; members keep their own rules and current automation state.
In Settings → Privacy & data, download your shop’s app data or review Delete Shopify app data. Read the confirmation, enter the exact shop domain when requested, and follow the displayed removal status and Shopify uninstall step. Removal affects everyone using this app in the shop. The request stops activity before final cleanup; it is not an instant deletion promise. ARTMOXY account deletion is separate. Downloads, emails already sent and records held by Shopify are outside this app-data deletion. Follow the current retention explanation displayed in the app.
