Open the wall preview and read the actual status before requesting another image. An AI draft is not the approved final image. A quality failure concerns preservation of the room, artwork, frame, crop, or placement; a service or processing error can also stop the request. Failure reconciliation releases reserved credits. Use the offered Retry action only when it is available.
Return to local placement when AI is unavailable; a browser-local placement can still be downloaded or shared without a generation charge. If an AI allowance limit offers Ask the artist, submit the request and wait up to five minutes. The owner can review Visitors requesting more previews in Access & Requests, save higher applicable limits, or approve one extra preview. An approval does not waive credits or service and network limits.
Contact information is not required for preview creation. A separate request to email the preview or contact the artist can create a contact or lead and does not grant newsletter permission. Report the request ID and exact message to Support if the status or recovery remains unclear.
